Terms & Conditions Payment must be made by Credit/Debit card via our ON-LINE SHOP, as specified in the site or by phone. We may accept payment by cheque on request via email, contact enquiries@weddingfavours.net. All payments must be made before work commences on the goods. Prices displayed are believed to be correct. If at any time there has been an inadvertent error in the price quoted in the site, we reserve the right to notify you when we become aware of this even if this occurs after your offer has been accepted in such circumstances, you will have the option to proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel before orders commence. Customers are advised that due to favours being hand-finished there may be slight variations amongst designs. From time to time, due to availability of stock, it may be necessary to alter the design slightly, however the quality will always remain the same. All favours are finished to a high standard but due to their delicate accessories should be handled with care by the customer. All goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw items at any time. If this should occur, and you have placed an order, we will be only too pleased to offer an alternative or a refund. We aim to supply your order within 10-15 working days. In some extreme cases, dependent upon the availability of stock, it can take six to eight weeks, so please order well in advance of your wedding date. Orders are sent recorded, special delivery or parcel post. Weddingfavours.net accept no responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, although the parcel is covered with limited insurance through Royal Mail. Each order is carefully packed to ensure the absolute minimum of damage is caused during transit. In the unfortunate situation that you do experience any damage during transit, please notify us immediately either by email or telephone within 3 days of delivery. Credit may be given on non-custom items. No returns or cancellations on custom-made favour. Custom made being any favour added with colour of your choice and almond colours. We recommend you send for sample favour or favours if you are unsure of design or colours etc. A return authorization needs to be granted by weddingfavours.net before sending any return. Please email enquires@weddingfavours.net or telephone to obtain an authorization. Your request must be sent within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot refund any money on goods which have been used. Any return costs will be down to the customer. Credit card returns will be subject to transaction fee to the customer. weddingfavours.net will be at liberty to amend any information on the site including terms and conditions at any time.
